Factory start with one couple of workers, one kiln, all handmade, each color they do test again and again, finally, we have four kilns, morden machines to make the ceramic. Factory use three years to be the TOP500 global companies partner like COSTCO, WALMART, LOWS′, ALDI and so on. As the supplier, Factory follow their quality control system, Pass BSCI, SEDEX factory audit every year.
This year, Factory invest 10 sets machines, and build one automatic control kiln to meet the growing demand, Now can supply at least 4000 PCS ceramic grills monthly.
Accept OEM, ODM. Factory have a team can make CAD, SOLIDWORK to fit for customer requirment. Have the techincian who have 30 years experience on ceramic and glazing water, we have the mini kiln to make any color and shape sample for customer.
